I was planning on getting the Raystorm RX360 kit, and adding a 680 to the loop, I figure if I do that it would also be good to add a 280 rad to the mix. I have a switch 810 so I could fit both a 360 rad and a 280 rad without modding so that isn't a problem. My only concern is would the single D5 pump be good enough to power the whole system?

Absolutely. The D5 is a great pump, even though people under-estimate it sometimes.
