Yes. By the way, just so you know, I'm the Galaxy guy for North America so I don't deal directly with KFA2 or support outside the US and Canada, but I'll still assist however I can should you need it at any point.

This fan noise on the evga 650 cards is normal. They use terrible loud fans for such a low power card, mine is the same at 21 percent. At least it stays cool.

Same with mine, just like in the video. These are noisy fans, is there a possibility of fan replacement without replacing the heat spreader? I'd appreciate any links to diy tutorials on this kind of replacement. Also i flashed my cards bios and got fan working at 5% instead of 21%
