The core of the API has been rewritten ? It's not a minor update despite being called DX 11.1 ? Despite the fact that there is no substantial advantage for Windows gamers ? I'm surprised they are not calling it DX 12.

I don't care what it means for developers, for Windows gamers in general there are no meaningful features, that was my point, stop talking about developers, you start to sound like someone oddly familiar.
