So, which one is the best in terms of cooling and noise?

Which models do you reckon would do well?
Id say with my 7950, the cooler is extremely quite and keeps the card very cool, it will also fit your case airflow very nicely because that it is a externally exhausted card, similar to a reference blower cooler.

The only thing you need to keep in mind with the FT02 is the way the heatpipes (if there are any) are orientated. I believe the card Phenom suggested is a great choice for the case.

Take a look at SilverStone's guidelines for the cooler, if you havn't already: SilverStone

Are there any more inputs? I know about the heatpipe orientation and such but I'd still like to get some more inputs. If it matters I will only run one card.

So dual/tri fan cards aren't recommended for this kind of case ?

Sure those can probably work fine, as long as the heat pipes doesn't all run upwards and then make a u-turn downwards to the fins on the heatsink (dunno if that makes sense). The heat transfer won't be optimal that way at least. That is my theory...

I have a reference 7970 from XFX in my ft02. Works just fine, it's oc'd to 1ghz.
you're going to want an externally exhausting gpu for best effect. Others will work fine but optimally a reference style cooler makes the most sense
