Sabertooth Z77 and Corsair 600T SE question

I installed the MOBO in my Corsair case yesterday and have a few questions. The Corsair 600T has the USB 3.0 front panel connector basically like a usb cable. I routed it through the back of the case and plugged it in the USB 3.0 on back. Im not sure I like that so I ordered the Asus USB 3.0 front panel dock that should install straight to the USB 3.0 header on the Mobo. Will this work? Also can I just leave the USB 3.0 that is attached to the case off and everything still be ok?

The part that you ordered is installed in the small 3.5" drive bay. Corsair says that there are 6- 3.5"/2.5" drive bay caddies for the 600T. So you're good on that side! thumb.gif

Since it doesn't replace the frontside USB, you'll have the 3.0 that is already attached still.
