With a 280 rad you would probably have to cut the drive bays so keep that in mind, and two 240's will be plenty for your loop anyway.
firstly, i must say that your avatar is funny and a bit distracting. *sudden desire to have star shaped glasses*
secondly, found this phobya fan(
link) which looks like a promising 140 fan but i guess then i'll have to use either a Swiftec 280 QP rad or (if it would fit) Alphacool XT45 280 (doubtful yet hope never dies

)
and for the fans, did you mean to control the bitfenix one or the Apache?
and why 280? to have easy expand-ability for a second card. you know the 23rd is very close (black friday) and the launch of the HD89XX isn't too far either. great chance to snatch another 7950

(btw, are there any discounts on Black Friday on water cooling hardware?)

Plus it comes in 1st for lowest delta temp, and 2nd in flowrate, and 1st in looks in my opinion.
first, i am not the fan of the whole nickel reflective look of it, especially the backplate (will be getting a custom one from Dwood)
second, from my recent struggle with gpu sagging (
link made me realize that GPU block wight could be a problem, and thus i found that the koolance block is the lightest at ~680 grams and right below it the alphacool block (v1) at ~760 grams.
