I did not reseat the cooler its in the same place as b4 but I mean I understand that I ne ed to switch my fans around but is that really gonna make a 10 degree difference??? I am at work right now so plan on messing with things when I get home...and one other thing does mixing fans only mess things up on the push side or the both push and pull?

All in all great cooler for the money and has always worked reliably. Excellent for a backup cooling system or for low-cost budget computers, while still being able to overclock.

you should check your vrm temps. that could be causing your processor to downclock unnecessarily

Push needs to match the pull... if you have more power on the push than the pull you could create a pocket of warm air in the rad. If the pull is stronger than the push you could be preventing it from getting enough air.
It shouldn't cause that big of a difference though, it's just something you should adjust if you can.
The added stress could potentially add some heat but shouldn't really be bad.

im thinking of upgrading to a XSPC Water Cooing system and am not sure what to go with. On frozen cpu they have one for 149.99 but im wondering if this is enough and if I can add say a VRM cooler to it later or if its strictly for the CPU only.

You'll need to cool the VRMs still... that's the boards biggest weakness IMO. Hard to properly cool them actively.

I have all EX rads but the RX ones are better with slower/quieter fans.
That said, I would probably go with something more than a 240 if you can. Lower deltas and a little more overhead.
And with that being said... watercooling isn't the cheapest thing in the world and is very addicting.
