Blank screen after windows logo.. but I can boot up normally in safe mode! - Page 4

You can do anything. but nothing do help.
All your problem you wrote, has one different with my Problems last Year: You have 2 x 470s and i had 2 x 580s.
You can change the System, flash a new Bios or try any drivers.... (all that what i had try to find a reason)..no way.

In my Case, the card doesnt go out of the "idle Mode" . The Card stiff at 384mhz. I ve massure the VGPU..... all correctly.
I ve edit my Bios, and give the Gpu a litte more Vgpu. But it works nothing.

I am safe to 98%: You have the same Problem and the error remains.

Sorry, i am German. I need a little Time to translate.. wink.gif

Have you tried disabling the integrated LAN and Audio hardware? I might have missed it while reading through, but do you have the bundled X-Fi sound card or any other cards on the board besides the 470?

Also have you updated your mainboard BIOS to the current version 2003?

I just want to start off by saying: Thank you very much for your post, and I truthfully appreciate the help I'm receiving from the community.

-I have not tried disabling the integrated LAN and Audio hardware, and I know I can disable the Audio via BIOS (but I don't know how to reverse the process). I have a SupremeFX X-Fi (non-dedicated) sound card in my top PCI X1 slot.

-The only thing I have tried to download is video drivers, I've never installed chipset drivers, audio drivers, ethernet drivers, nor firmware updates.

-I have not updated my BIOS to the current version.

Well, I already gave you my best advice up above. I think the issue is related to installed the Forceware so early in the install process. I'd re-install Windows, let it do all it's update stuff (but you should install the mobo drivers pretty early on), then install Forceware after it's gone through all it's auto-update cycles. If that DOESN'T work ... you likely have a mobo issue.

I'll most definitely give that a shot, but for now I won't lie: I will probably leave my computer on, because I know if I turn it off I'll have to turn off my computer 20x to get it to POST. I don't have the funds for a new motherboard, and I'm assuming it should be replaced so I can run SLi.
