MGS is a fantastic game, but not at those prices.

if you're just after a stealth game, i highly recommend Mark of the Ninja on steam. amazingly fun stealth game, beautiful art, cool story.

*edit* if you're deadset on MGS, my best recommendation would be ebay a PS1 copy for cheap and then run it through PSX emulator.

or, similarly, MGS Twin Snakes for Gamecube and run it through Dolphin, though you may have a harder time trying to rip the game.

And? Where else are you going to get it? Is the money going to the developers?

Oh hell yes it is. I got the original (black copy, not greatest hits) for the PS in near mint condition someplace around here. One of my most favorite games.

Eh, at those prices, don't bother. Just buy the digital version from PSN to your PS3 (if you own a PS3). If not, you might as well emulate it.
