My pc and Prime95

I'm trying to get prime95 ran for 24 hours on my system but all I get is about 4 hours. Now the system doesn't seem to freeze or crash, because the prime "results" doesn't state any faults. Here is my config for my system:

Q6600 @ 3.2 ghz, 1600 * 8 multiplier
eVga 780i stock bios
corsiar xms ddr2 1066 dominator @ 6-7-7-7-21 2T
TRRD = AUTO 3
TRC = AUTO 17
TWR = AUTO 5
TWTR = AUTO 9
TREF = 7.8us

Voltages
CPU CORE -SET 1.44375 actual 1.41v
CPU FSB - 1.4v
Memory - 2.1v
nForce SPP - 1.45v
nForce MCP - 1.525v
HT nForce SPP<->MCP - 1.40v

GTLVREF LANE ALL AUTO

TEMPS AT IDLE MAX 36-37-36-34
TEMPS AT LOAD MAX 51-54-56-58

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

So prime isn't giving you any errors? Have you tried looking at task manager to see how your cores/threads are doing? Perhaps a few of the threads are failing (although I am not sure this would result in giving you only four hours).

I'll also assumed you found all the different parts of your computer stable individually? (OC cpu, check stability, then OC ram, etc)

Correct, no errors from prime...I did notice at one time one of the cores failed, but not since my recent oc. And I have ran test on ram and cpu.
