If you want something modular, get the Hale82 (modular version; the non-modular version is a lot worse, cables notwithstanding), which is also better than the TX-M and HCG620-M.
I heard the exact opposite from other people I spoke to besides the ones on this website. They say I should go with the antec hcg 620w because it has seasonic internals as opposed to the hcg-750 which is made by delta.
Yeah, the Delta is better. Delta's a slightly better OEM overall, but the main deal is that the Delta HCGs are a little better than the Seasonic HCGs. The old S12II / M12II Bronze design (for 620W and lower power supplies) used in the Antec HCG620-M is tried and true, pretty good. It's just that all the other Seasonic designs currently used (-AT, X Series, G Series, Platinum, other derivatives) are better. That's just a normal two-transistor forward, group regulated design. Both Delta and Seasonic are capable of better, more expensive power supplies.
Anyway, reviews for Antec HCG620-M and similar models on that Seasonic design:

If you really want Seasonic, the new M12II-based (the 650W+ version, non-modular version corresponding to -AT I think... used in Corsair TX V2 units) Hale82 is definitely better. These have DC-DC secondary, higher quality. That's my actual recommendation.
