Good morning all!

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the Windows 8 Start Menu background to a custom image without using that iffy Chinese program (www.win8china.com).

For the record: I have nothing against the Chinese, I just don't know about the program.

stardock has a program named Decor8 and it works for me. there is also ModernBack and ModernUI, although I couldnt get them to work personally.
