375w is too hot for most servers..... it's ok for workstations though.

With those fans, it's probably not for servers.... Servers generally have front to back airflow.

It would be close. But i think they'd fit in a 4u case. If you're not bothered about noise, which i bet nobody buying this card will be as they would have a dedicated server room, then some 15k RPM fans should provide enough airflow.

It's the power draw that's most concerning.

2000w+ is quite high for any standard chassis to handle though.
