i53570k freezing on resume from sleep after overclock... IM GOING INSANE

I can run p95 stable.... but the damn thing ALWAYS freezes on resume from sleep.. or it will happen 1/10 resumes right now its a constant thing. How the hell do people deal with this. IM GOING MAD!

CPU- 153570k
Offset + .160
voltage draw under prime/ 100% load 1.240
MOBO- Asus P8Z77- VLK
RAM CORSAIR VENGANCE @ 1600 @ 1.5v
PSU 750w SILENCER MKII

My ASRock Extreme4 Gen3 with fixed voltage works fine in sleep, but will freeze up if I use offset. The same happens with my Maximus V Gene and 3770k. I don't use sleep to answer your question; I'll usually just turn it off or let it idle.

Probably has something to do with the low start up voltage from a low power state, but I'm not certain.

Turned off C3 and C6 states, left C1 and C package state on and the issue resolved... the computer no longer has issues coming in and out of sleep mode
