HD 7850(1.15 Ghz) is on par to slightly faster than HD 7870. good luck getting the GTX 650 ti to match a HD 7850. thumb.gif

Lmao seriously? I would hope a 190 dollar card would outperform a 140 dollar card. lol

You linked the 2gb model wich I already admitted to is better. However, and correct me if im wrong the title says best GPU UNDER $150

7850 2gb version $189.99

GTX 650ti 1 gb version $139.99

When you guys throw around data please specify to OP what model so he does not get the 1gb version expecting it to perform as good as you say.

Oh and the data you said here it is: http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/nvidia-geforce-310-54-beta-drivers-released

Lets see equal benchmarks done in games between 310.54 and 12.11 before we throw around incorrect data. thumb.gif

very naive. unless its confirmed by independent press reviews you can't say for sure. also those are not average improvements. could be map specific.

As stated 650ti is on par with 7850 1 gb but cheaper. Op if you can find a 2gb version then jump on it, if not either card is good the 650ti is just a tad cheaper mostly and comes with a free game, bargin in my book.

Touch that AA and you lose 30% of your frames.
7850 can overclock 650 Ti cannot. This is overclock.net What on earth are you thinking advising him to get a 650 Ti?

There are so many options that are better than a 650Ti at $150 price point it's not even funny.
