wow, I see some people can get an increase FPS on their system @BF3, maybe my bad Luck, I get some drop FPS between 7 - 10 FPS...lol...I try to do a clean install, but nothing change.

interestingly most of 670 & 690 owners mostly complain on this new beta driver while 660 & 680 seem to see improvements?
weird ... sounds like a bugged driver (haven't tested myself though, my rig is down now) ... well, it's beta anyways, personally I will be waiting for WHQL. 306.23 WHQL was working good enough for me on 670 .. would enjoy a few more FPS however hehe.

I dont know about that, I got some very good improvements from the driver in BF3.

I think this driver is pretty good as it looks like my fps in BF3 has increased with my gtx 570. And in 3dmark11 I get a 10 point difference from the previous driver so I don't see how this driver could be worse than the previous one.

I'm confused how people have driver problems lol. I've never experienced any problems with any set of nvidia drivers and I've been using nvidia cards since my 8800gt SLI setup, and even then I never had any problems and those were still the earlier days of SLI.

I already tried the previous beta drivers and it kept freezing/crashing my computer everytime I would open up Google Chrome and have a video running at the same time. Be it YouTube and/or WMP/WinAmp/Splash PRO EX.

I rolled back and it fixed my issues. I'll wait till the official release. thumb.gif

Just installed these, I did noticed a couple of FPS up in BF3, little smoother overall.

As a side note people, these are not Beta's in the sense that they're unstable or untested, or anything like that, NVIDIA releases them as Beta's just so they can make them public as soon as possible, WHQL certification requires at least 2 weeks of testing.

The worst driver in NVIDIA history was WHQL'd, so don't be afraid to install "Beta" drivers from NVIDIA if you're having issues or are tempted by the performance gains from a "Beta" driver.

I'd like to see a HD 7000 vs GTX 600 showdown with these drivers FWIW.

Joke? lol...you think that I'm make a fool statement? I tried it myself...and I forgot to clarify that I am play a singleplayer not multiplayer

If I turn on the 4xMSAA and 8xSGSSAA my framerate go down to 45 - 60 FPS, that's why I only use 2xMSAA
