BF3 performance has been phenomenal for me with these drivers (80-150 fps 1920x1080 all ultra with the exception of no MSAA, I use SweetFX) on Noshahr TDM 64 player. 310.54 does not want to play nice with my PrecisionX install tho'. I set my vlocks at +400/+70 and when I hit apply they show +35000 each. Weird!

This driver makes my OC daily from 1240 to become 1228, lol....decrease 12 Mhz with same settings.

and decrease my FPS too, I play Battlefield 3 on a single player mode @304.79, I set up 2xMSAA and 8xSGSSAA can get 80 - 100 FPS, but with this driver only 50 - 65 FPS, lol...Very disappointing, wait for 1 month just for one crappy drivers.

Thats odd.. Did you do a clean install? I and others have had the opposite actually, a increase in fps.
