So, from this german website, I see that both the memories have LEDs on them and both work at 1866Mhz

Actually only the 2nd link has the tracers on the sticks. Which is probably why it costs more. I have some of the old Tracer Ballistix and they look quite good, though they can overpower any other colors in your case when they start going crazy sometimes.
