CPU-Z doesnt let me choose 2nd core?

hi folks

just finished my 2.13 build (a warmup build for my new quad core build), with the Vista775 pro mobo that lets you use both agp and pci (have a year old ati850xt thats too good too chuck yet). Running it w/ corsair twinc4 sticks at 4-4-4-12

Havent o/c'd in a LONG time, just started downloading the tools i think i will need. Got cpu-z (latest v, 1.37 i believe, right off their website). It sees both cores (ran a compare against my intel p4 - 3ghz, which only says '1 core 1 thread')

However - the 'processor' selection is greyed out. I cant select the 2nd core. I have looked at some screenies here, and i clearly see that core2 selection is possible

what do i need to do to enable this? I checked my computer properties, and it does come up as acpi multiprocessor pc, and sandra and everything else sees both cores. Have flashed the latest bios and chipset drivers (from 10-06 and 8-06 respectively) no different.

Anyone?

thanks

I think they decided to disable that feature since it's just the same information as core 1 and serves no purpose.

Hey Jackyo123, I noticed you put some of your specs in your sig. Overclock.net has a feature that allows you to have all your computer specs listed at the bottom of the page. It can be found under quick links - user cp - edit system specs. Fill em out, we all like to show off here!
