Asus pp8p67 deluxe 2600k overclock

I got my b3 revision board back from rma. Flashed the latest bios 3509 and went to oc the CPU again. Voltage is at 1.35 in bios with llc on high. Extreme setting gave me instant shutdown of the machine (i thing vrm getting too hot). At load voltage is at 1.304-1.312. Is there room for more. Prime 95 blend stable.

Iam @ 4.8 1.384 volts stable prime 95 blend. I would like to try 5.0 ghz. how many volts it might take.redface.gif

it might take 1.5v or might takt 1.4v
it depends on your particular 2600k

what do you have your pll voltage at ? what about vccio ? turbo enabled or disabled?
i am assuming high llc with manual voltage of 1.35v drops to 1.304-1.312v underload ? what multi ?

whats the vid in cpu-z read when youre underload ? what about idle vid reading ?
