My first gaming build. Opinions? Suggestions?

Thread Starter
Been lurking for a little while...finally posting since I need advice on my first build.
I plan to do a good amount of gaming (GW2, Skyrim, Blade&Soul, etc.) with it.
I just want to know what could be improved upon...aiming to play titles like the above at 1080p, on or close to max settings at 50-60fps.
With the parts listed below...I've got about $100-$200 of wiggle room. I do plan to overclock.

Mobo - ASUS Sabertooth Z77

CPU - i5 3570k (Was originally going for the 2500k...but apparently the higher heat of Ivy isn't a problem as they can withstand higher temps? Am I misinformed?)

CPU Cooler - Hyper 212 Evo (Push-Pull with Artic MX-4. Can I expect to be around 75C while gaming at around 4.2-4.5? Or do I need to go for the lolhuge Noctua D-14?)

GPU - Sapphire HD 7850 OC (Slight chance that I'll crossfire down the line..but do I really need to with only one monitor?)

Memory - Corsair Vengeance Low-Profile 8GB

SSD - Crucial M4 128GB

HDD - Samsung Spinpoint 7200 RPM 1TB

PSU - Corsair Enthusiast TX650M 650W (Overkill? Just enough for possible crossfire down the line, if needed?)

Case - CM HAF 912 (Thoughts? Despite Ivy's apparent heat tolerance I want to keep overall temps down. Could I do better for a similar price?)

So any thoughts or suggestions? Advice of any kind?
Any and all responses are valued.

Switch to this memory, it overclocks great. I would throw down a little more cash and grab at least an HD 7870. A 212 Evo is the absolute minimum I would recommend for 4.5 on an IB, a D14 or H100 would be better.

The Hyper 212+ EVO is fine for 4.3~4.4 and maybe 4.5 depending on voltage and case cooling. It should easily keep you under 75C during gaming.

I would not recommend the Sabertooth though - it is overpriced. Just get the Asus P8Z77-V or the P8Z77-V LK if you want to stay with Asus. Put the money you save from that switch into getting a 7870 instead of the 7850.

The Crucial M4 is a great SSD but the Samsung 830 is a little faster, and can sometimes be found even cheaper.
