Quiet low profile CPU cooler for IB

My system specs:
NZXT Vulcan mATX case
Asrock H77 Mobo
i5-3470
Stock CPU cooler
MSI 7770

I have two 120mm top exhausts, 1 92mm rear exhaust I disabled since it wasn't doing anything, one 200m side intake, and a 120mm front intake. My computer runs whisper quiet on low, but, the CPU/GPU fans get very obnoxiously loud while gaming. My CPU only gets to 50C while gaming, so I don't really need a 20 pound piece of metal strapped to my mobo.
I just need something that offers much quieter cooling. However, I only have 130-135mm of clearance for a cooler. In addition, I have 40mm high ram about 5mm away from the stock cooler right now.

The Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 fits height wise, but I don't think it will clear my ram.
The Cooler Master GeminII fits height wise and clears my ram, but its also so huge laterally that I think it might interfere with either my top fans or my graphics card.
The Cooler Master Vortex Plus is a small GeminII, and looks decent, but reviews say it is very loud at load.
Any recommendations for other coolers to look at in my case?
Thanks!
