I do have a question, though. According to the official rules

The Submissions will be judged according to the following equally weighted factors: (i) clarity; (ii) originality; (iii) the degree to which the entry is informed and appropriate; and (iv) creativity. The decisions of the judges will be final. A Submission must be an original work of entrant's own creation and must not have been entered in any other competition. A Submission may not violate the intellectual property or proprietary rights of other parties.

How does this apply to voting? Does this mean it isn't random, and my vote is judged on its creativity?

We are allowed 12 votes in total on subsecquent entries in categories, but is the drawing being done based on the time or order of entries? There are certain categories I would like to "win" a prize in (Namely those in which a possible upgrade for my main rig could be beneficial to me), however I would like to voice my opinion in more than 12 categories. Can a little clarity be provided on that point?
