Dumb questions:

Does your fan spin?

Did you make sure all 4 points are "clicked" in?

yup, all pins are in and the cooler is also sitting there snugly.
let me try reverting back to stock settings although, i havent changed much, but would still do

alright, another pic after setting everything to default but this time with real temp 3.7. here's the screen:




any suggestions ??

55 C average seems decent with stock cooling and new thermal paste to me. Bottom line if you want to overclock, i never recommend doing it with the stock cooler. CM212+ is only about 20-30 depending where you shop.

yes, but the H/W monitor, still shows the temp at 50~55*C. thats on idle. What i am thinking is that at full load, its still pretty much sitting near 52*C.
