Noctua fans are my favourite so far.. Thermalright also have some very nice fans too!
Only problem is their pricing to start with.. $33 for a 120mm Noctua fan here and the guy that was trying to sell it to me acted like it was a pretty good price?!

The colour scheme isn't that great either, but whatever floats your boat.
