Arctic fans have never steered me wrong but I like Corsair and Noctua as well. It's all about budget for me and Arctic usually meets the criteria and never fails to please.

Corsair. Impressive job there. For their first fans superb performance.
I would have voted for the NF-F12s but they are not there. And the Corsairs are nearly on par and their color might be more suitable for most people. (I like their owl brown biggrin.gif )
