I think I'd sway toward no zip tie cutout just to ensure we can keep the size as small as possible.

Something like this instead perhaps?

You could in theory put anything through that hole though, maybe a long piece of thick metal wire to allow for shaping?

Obviously the 'tab' will be always positioned downwards so won't look any different to without the tab as it won't be visible in most circumstances.

:EDIT: Or how about a combination of our ideas?

Just throwing idea's out there nothing being decided by me only!

Looks like you got it going on. I'm going to have some pictures of some tomorrow. I am working on one that clips on too, looks kind of like your second picture there.

Just a thought if you cut those out for paracord users, those sharp ends will tear the crud out of the paracord. Maybe round the edges a bit.

Ok came up with a price. Trying to keep it simple as these really dont take up too much space, its more about the time it takes to make them.

To keep it simple every piece has the same price, quantity brings the price down.

Minimum order of 3 pcs.

3-10 pieces -3$ each

11-15 pieces-2.75$ each

16- and up -2.50$ each

As long as 50+ pieces are ordered in this group buy then they will be 2$ each
