No Filco? Filco are great boards for typing AND gaming.

Just got the Realforce 87U Silent (Topre switches) a couple weeks ago and it's already my favorite keyboard that I've ever owned (others include Das Keyboard, Leopold Cherry Browns, Apple Wired & Wireless)

yup and most of them listed are..
for a general keyboard I used to get a logitech or microsoft with the best vote on newegg from 25.00 - say 35.00 pushing it.
after i got the microsoft sidewinder x4 i realize what im missing but the people i build machines for would never spend that much.. unless i include it in the price..
with programable keys and lit keys for night computing im very happy to recomend it at the high end of this general keyboard area. However its pushing it in my opinion. More likely to get a 35.00 microsoft or logitech with good votes and hope for the best. most of the other keyboards are way out of price range for the normal user. 5-700 build and a 150.00 keyboard? I dont think so. These are usually an after thought by the customer. Getting 50.00 is a big push.

people posting who is winning turns this into a I want to make sure i pick a winning category so it shows i know my stuff.. There is a tendency to pick the best item in the group wether or not it fits the category.. I would never pick most of the items as they are way out of my pricerange.. that goes for the other categories as well.
