He has the same motherboard as i do and it runs my FX-8120@4.0Ghz with a hyper 212+ no problem and would go much higher if I wanted to and is a great budget board with heatsinked digital vrms.

I am a big fan of the asrock extreme series. I would personally go with that. You wont have any problems overclocking or just running stock. As far as the gpu goes, if I was in your price range I would go with this card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150542

It has the 800mhz core clock instead of the 650mhz most have, also has an effective memory clock of 1600mhz instead of most that have 1000mhz-1300mhz.

thnak you but jsut change my mine i reallly dont need a big gaphic card, i'am run a i5 2500k with asrock z68 extreme 3 onboard video card, and been fine, cna you link me a graphic card for less then $50 or cheaper that could be compred to the onboard graphic card?...

This would be your best bet if you are looking for a gpu like an onboard around $50.

It performs better then the onboard hd 3000 that comes with the 2500k
