Scrap bin build - 478 P4 2.0 vs Celeron D 3.06

Thread Starter
Hey folks, I have a few computers that I am gutting to build the "best of the what's laying around". I am trying to decide what cpu to run for a potential media center. All movies, 0 gaming.

Intel 478 motherboard
2gb Mushkin DDR400
Patriot 32gb SSD SATA
WD Raptor 300gb SATA
Zotac gt520 512mb PCI
Corsair 450w PSU

2.0Ghz Pentium 4 400fsb, 512 cache or 3.06Ghz Celeron D 345, 533fsb, 256 cache. The Celeron only supports DDR333, by using the P4 I gain cache and DDR400 ability. By using the Celeron I gain 1ghz clock speed. Which one is better for this setup.

Cheers

If you can change the FSB on the board, you could easily get the RAM up to DDR400.
