HayDen added a module to flawless widescreen for BO2. Turns out the weird issue with 2 or 2.5 monitors is due to a horizontal resolution limit of 4096. If you lower the resolution to one of the widescreen ones that has a horizontal res less than 4096 it works fine.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops II Fix

Black Ops II is a big change from the rest of the series with respect to the way the engine works.

This fix attempts to center the in-game HUD, the main menu and correct the in-game aspect ratio, there are still some mini-interfaces that are not centered properly, if you have problems with centering, try changing resolution ingame.

The engine limits the horizontal resolution to 4096 and in order to disable this limit modifications to the EXE are required, this is disabled by default because online safety of fixing this issue is at this stage unknown!

This patch uses Signature scanning so hopefully should work with future versions automagically."

Has anyone tested it yet? I don't want to get banned for using a modified exe.
