Yep, that's exactly what they do, ban you from purchasing. Although my "ban" is a few months. At least that is what they say. Why? Because I made a mistake and it charged me several times for the same game. I tried to explain that to them, but they act like no one makes mistakes! There have been plenty of games pass by in the meantime I am not able to purchase.

They are treating me like a bad little boy. Banning? For a transaction dispute? They need to get some people in there who can proved the customer customer service.
