not sure if this is posted in the right section XD
I just bought a koolance 452x2 bay unit that holds 2x 655 pumps.
i wanted to make my new build clean and so it would connect to 1 molex instead of 2.

would it be fine to just combine both into 1 molex? pics below show what i mean.
these are the 2 molex.

i combined them into 1 molex connector

not sure if this would be fine or not. suggestions would be great! also, yes i will be sleeving everything,

errr something nice for you guys :]

That will make one run at 5v. Its very simple, you would have to run them together into one pair of wires or one will be 12v and the other will be 5v meaning massive differences in pump speed IF it will start that low, I don't really know if it will. All I know is they are rated 12-24v so mine is running at 17v.

Be sure to wire your pumps to the same voltage. As DH said you have one at 5v and one at 12v currently. See the diagram above, youll want to get them on the same voltage.

Ahhh ok, might as well just run them separately so I don't mix anything up or run one slower than the other. Thanks for the help smile.gif
