FX4100 with sli 660ti.

Yeah I know. The CPU isn't really up to it. But how do I tell if the CPU is really bottle necking the cards that badly?
I was hoping to get much better performance in Guild Wars 2. Unfortunately it does not like SLI very much. I get about 40% usage on each GPU and 80% on the CPU. Would this mean that the GPUs are not being chocked by the CPU?
In say Borderlands 2 my CPU is showing 100% on every core. Is this an indication that the GPUs are not being allowed to perform to their full potential?

The FX4100 was an emergency buy and I intend to upgrade to a Piledriver. At the moment however I am curious as to how much of an issue this CPU will be.

I'm gaming at MAX in everything and at 1920x1080. Sig rig specs only with two 660ti cards.
CPU is at 4.6Ghz.

It shouldn't bottle neck it that bad I was running 2 overclocked hd6950s to my fx4100 I've upgraded to the fx8350 and my frame rates went up a little

660TI's are a lot more powerful than 6950's so yes you're definitely bottlenecking in those situations. Also having only one 1080p monitor with two strong GPU's is adding to the problem.

What kind of frames are you seeing in both games?

Well guild wars 2 is a little broken when using SLI I know but; I get from 19 to 68 fps.
Borderlands sits at about 100 and never dips bellow 58 even under a lot of stuff going on.
Thanks for the advice. It's appreciated.
