What are you guys seeing for temps overclocked with the h100. I'm seeing 55c at 4.5ghz at 1.42v it seems high to me idk if my h100 is craping out or what

Try a reseat of the cooler, clean of alcohol and apply new TIM, 1.42V is also getting high thumb.gif

Running prime 95

55C full load isn't bad at all. My 3820 hit 77C full load @ 4.5GHZ. I know they're different - but I think you should be fine. Have you tried 4.5GHZ w/ lower voltage?

55 degrees is fine. Also, I'm no expert on AMD cpus but 1.42V seems a bit high for 4.5GHz, try and get it down a bit smile.gif

redface.gif I didn't even look into the TJ max for AMD processors. Why is it so low? Different types of Silicon or what?

In this case - I would clean the thermal paste off - reapply and re-install your H100.

It's weird i know but AMD CPU's run so cool, yes it's different type of silicon biggrin.gif
I remember i had my 955BE @ 4.2Ghz 1.52V and it would hit 50C TOPS!
