Will a rosewill hive 650 watt be enough to power this build?.

Why 650W? That sounds like what somebody would get for two 7950s.

But note that the Z77A-G43's second PCIe x16 slot is only electrically PCIe 2.x @ x4, not particularly ideal for Crossfire. Also, Hive 650W only has 2 PCIe power connectors natively, not enough for two graphics cards like that.

If you're sticking with just the one 7950, you can get the higher-quality Capstone 450-M instead for the same price:

@mike, but isn't it better to leave some extra wattage for ocing and won't it lose efficiency over time? 450w seems a bit low. I also don't plan on using 2 7950s on this system.

Maybe if you plan on using it for 10 years, but it should be completely fine for the normal life cycle of a computer.
