windows wont recognize keyboard

Thread Starter
Hi I have a badly infected PC here with spyware

Everytime I try to start it will either just go black, or it will load up and ill get a blue screen 5 minutes later

I'm trying to reinstall windows but I can't on anything to continue it. The keyboard worked fine and I tried a hey board and got the same probably. Both will power on but wont work

Is there anyway I can force a fresh installation? Please need help, thanks8

Try an older ps/2 keyboard, and try other USB ports. (front vs rear of motherboard).

If you have access to another computer download AVGs bootable USB version. Put it on a USB stick and boot off that. You should be able to clean up most of your viruses that way.
