$300 High res card?

I am going to be looking into purchasing a new card rather soon.

I have discovered the amazing display quality attainable with OGSSAA, So I want a card capable of pushing near 4k resolutions with a tad bit of conventional AA on top.

I already have plans to obtain a 2560x1080 monitor when they are available ( shortly after ).

I am really looking for bang for the buck on this one.

Its been really hard to upgrade having gotten the sig GTX465 for $100 and unlocking it. Its just hard to beat the value.

I am running out of VRAM most every time I fire up a game and it is driving me nuts.

All input is appreciated.

After running out of VRAM I have that mental " MOAR VRAM " thing going on... I must admit I have been looking at 6GB radeons and 4GB 670's..

I hunger for VRAM, but what will I REALLY need? Also not looking to max everything out with 32x AA or play at 120hz ( much ) I am looking for raw resolution output.

Can't really gauge a 4K resolution on cards as it's not practical for any consumer. But if I were to pick something, it would be a 7970 or a 680 at minimum. I'd expect 4k res to make either of those cards wince.

4k preparedness isn't practical by any means right now.

It is really to use OGSSAA. with light amounts of conventional AA.
