I just built my PC two days ago. I'm still having lots of problem. I just ran 3Dmark11 after a reboot and my score seems really low. Any idea how to fix this?

All drivers are up to date, I'm running windows 7 and everything is updated as well. I had LOTS of bsod since I built it.

My build is in my signature.

Physics score looks OK, is the gpu using the windows default driver? That would account for the low graphics & combined scores.

I just ran afterburner, which I did not run since yesturday. Somehow all my settings were at the lowest, weird enough because I did not touch any settings when I first opened it.

I ran the benchmark again, this is what I got; http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4940292

Is this any good for the build I have or it should run higher?

Looks better! The graphics score might be on the low side of normal, but isn't abnormally low. Is that with the 12.11 driver?

Start overclocking and the score will go up.

By comparison, this is what I score with my sig rig:

Afterburner and CCC are capped @ 1125/1575 for me. Is there a way to remove those or my card is locked to certain numbers?

Are you sure you have the latest BETA drivers? 12.11 aren't released yet and will be down the bottom of the driver page listed as BETA drivers.

You should be getting higher than that though. Even if just slightly. I get, on my new 3570K and 7950, running 1200MHz, over 10k performance. If you don't have 12.11 that would account for the difference though.

I re-installed windows 8 instead of windows 7 because I had too many problems going on. You were right thought, when I re-downloaded the drivers on windows 8, I noticed that the path was different and I think I was on 12.10 drivers. I am running 3DMark11 on windows8 but it always crashes at the physx part where the tower are falling down.

Any idea how to fix this?
