What is the worst computer case you ever had for me it was the Thermaltake Tai Chi i got back in 2006/2007? cant remember
The case had bulid in liquid cooling and it was carp the door had problems closing the tubes would get stuck in the door and to close it you had to use massive force it was almost impossible to close.
The case itself weighed more then a Merkava main battle tank was ugly and had a door in front of the drive bays it would always get in the way no matter if it where open or closed took the dammed thing off.
But the worst thing of all was that it was that is had more sharp edges then a buzzsaw i would cut myself almost every time i toched it.
I have scars on my hands to this day and even a big one on my knee i got when i had to get behind the case that one was so deep that i blend all over my case and floor after that i took it apart and threw it out in a dumpster worst case EVER made
I haven't had a lot of cases, but I guess I'll put my Antec 300's at the top. They're just extreme budget cases and lacking a lot of nice features from better cases.
I have a Tt medialab case that is pretty sad too, questionable build quality for sure, but it does have some cool ideas for an htpc case.
I had to build a PC for a friend once he picked a Antec case cant remember what it was called that one was crap i could not get the PSU into the room for it had to take a saw and remove some the metal from the case to get it in that one was the second worst case i had to work with
The second worst case for me that i had was the NZXT Phantom
I am not saying the NZXT Phantom was a bad case i just flat out hated everything about it got so fed up with so i gave it away and got a Coolermaster HAF X
The Thermaltake Tai Ch on the other hand is another story
Thermaltake Armor. When the cd drive would spin up the doors on the front would vibrate loudly. No management holes, weighed a ton. I'm using it as a makeshift coffee table now.
I took my Thermaltake Tai Ch apart after i got blood on it and got feed up with it took 1 hour and 45 min to screw every god damm screw out of that ****ty case
Well at least it could melt my Thermaltake Tai Chi was made from the left overs from a main battle tank or something the metal was thick and heavy enough to withstand heavy machine gun bullets i swear think it was around 20 kg empty

One time i had to carry my Thermaltake Tai Chi case up a hill about 700 meter to the repair shop when i got up there i could not feel my back and both my hands was torn bloody i almost dropped it a couple of time on the way up there and it was 3-4 days before i could walk normally

The old Antec Lanboy sucked so much. I loved it for a while. It came with a strap which was handy because I was LANning every weekend. But it bent so easily and just ended up being a POS. This is the stock picture of it that I found online.
The worst case I have ever had must be the Fractal Design Arc. It was mostly due to the condition it arrived in. I was missing half of the pop-rivets and some of the plastic was broken and such. Funny thing is that the remains of the rivets werent to be found inside the case or the wrapping. The motherboard tray was held in place by the motherboard
Moral of the story: As a poor student, duct tape and zip ties can safe the day if you are creative enough!
my Antec 900 was pretty terrible. The sloth in the back where you put your GPU and other pci devices was not alligned with my motherboard, and I had to bend it a little bit to be able to screw my GPUs. I could not screw my sound card without it popping out of the mainboard.
Dell Dimension 3000 case. I put an Intel Micro-ATX motherboard in with a 2600k and a 560ti 448 cores. It worked, but only just. TWO drive bays and a single 3.5" bay.
I hate that case but it's all I had lying around...
Years ago, I bought a really cheap case called the 'X blade'. The fans were cheap rubbish and it sounded like a hairdryer on full blast. After a few months the case started to look tatty and beat up and it was just. . . . naff
