You can get a Corsair K90 for cheaper, and its a better all around keyboard

Asus makes great ones, but if your going for liquid cooled anyhow, simply get pretty much any GHz edition.
If you want the best possible 7970 you can buy, even if your going to watercool, the Asus Matrix 7970 Platinum

Will the 3570k bottle neck the 7970 or 680 in multi GPU setups?

Ok changed some things up.

ASRock Z77 Extreme4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 (124.99)
i5-3570K http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504 (219.99)
2x EVGA GeForce GTX 670 FTW+ 4GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130824 (449.99ea)
2x G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB 1866 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460 (49.99ea)

Will put water blocks on the GPUs in future.

Good choise, by switching the mobo and getting the 3570k you just saved almost $200
I would however get the 7970 instead of the GTX 670. Since you are going with a waterblock anyhow, there is no point to getting the already cool GTX 670. Plus the 7970 can achieve higher overclocks.
I would recommend getting either of these, mainly because they are both GHz edition chips

that's a much better build! I suggest switching the motherboard though. dunno what's the price from where you're buying it but check out if this motherboard is similarly priced:

Gigabyte z77x-UD3H or Z77x-UD3H .

both have similar features with the asrock z77 extreme 4. the big difference is the gigabyte boards have much better vrm's. the z77x-ud3h board has a lot of world records in HWBOT because the vrm's are beefy enough to handle extreme LN2 benching. if the gigabyte board is a lot more expensive than the asrock board then dont mind my post stick with the asrock it's a good board too

The Asrock Extreme 4 actually has better OCing ability then the UD3H, its on par with-better then my friends UD5
But yes completely agree that it is a much better, sensible build

No. The gigabyte VRMs are clearly better. I'd bet you $20 the ASRock uses doublers to get the number of phases.

I actually had an asrock extreme 4. I had to rma/exhange it here in our local shop because it was turning on by itself whenever it felt like it. I saw the gigabyte board and added just a wee more. my overclocks were almost the same but it ran cooler in the gigabyte board because it required less voltage to achieve stability (I needed 1.37v with the asrock board and only 1.34v with the gigabyte board). im guessing the better vrm's had something to do with that.

Actually, now that you mention it, whenever my computer is in sleep mode, it will occasionally reboot. Not very often, but occasionally. Could it be the mobo?
