When do you next plan to upgrade your Desktop PC?
A: Right now i'm not going to upgrade but I want to build a PC for my kids within the next 6 months, and this would be an awesome start.

What do you look for when selecting a processor upgrade?
A: (Choose: Price, Performance, Graphics Capability, Brand, Other (please specify)
I look for Price vs. Performance and Graphics Capability. I try to get the best bang for the buck, and that's why I have gone with AMD for so long, they haven't let me down so far!

When do you next plan to upgrade your Desktop PC?
A: My desktop pc? Within the next 3 months. I further I will hopefully be putting together a new home media center within the next 6 months.

What do you look for when selecting a processor upgrade?
A: (Choose: Price, Performance, Graphics Capability, Brand, Other (please specify)
I go with price/performance, or bang for buck. Always have, always will. Don't go for the overpowered monsters, because I have no need for them, but rather the upper mid tier usually. When Its for media center, integrated graphics becomes much more important. I have a AMD netbook for example b/c of this factor; at the time AMD was the champ in that regard.

If AMD continues AM3+ compatibility, I'll keep my Sabertooth and get the new chip (Piledriver) when it comes out.

What do you look for when selecting a processor upgrade?
A price/performance value

When do you next plan to upgrade your Desktop PC?
A: Within 6 months or so

What do you look for when selecting a processor upgrade?
A: Performance and a bit of price. I tend to do a lot of video encoding so having that power comes in handy.
