The P5B Deluxe is better IMO because once you unlock the multi on the E6600, you could get anywhere from 450fsb to 500fsb.

CWell1337; You don't need an nVidia chipset to run a GeForce card, you'll be perfectly fine with a P965 or 975X. Except I highly recommend the P965 in the form of an ASUS P5B DLX.
I would know this because I can get 3000 in 3dmark06 at 3.6ghz 5-5-5-15, while my friend who has the same setup with a P5B Deluxe needs 3.7-3.8 to do 3000.
