Yes, change all the long & short values to 250, 1st, 2nd & 3rd .
As for the speed, If you enable Turbo does it go back up to 4.5?

No it doesn't . As soon as i change the power limit values the cpu goes back to 3.3ghz when i save the bios settings.

Trying right now to run Prime Blend Test with 1.37v in bios (1.38-1.39 cpu-z LOAD) Power Limit values are maxed out.


EDIT: After 5 minutes in Prime Blend Test the pc freezed frown.gif



I think my cpu just can't handle 4.5ghz doesn't matter what settings and Volt.
