So overall I rate this game 65/100, because it doesn't seem to give you different ending if you sneak around, what's the reason just to earn some useless points?

Let me ask you a question. How do you know that you played better than a certain X person?

Don't know about you, but people who LOVE playing games in the hardest difficulty, enjoy challenges, etc will use the score system to determine who plays better.

Hitman Absolution is 12 GB and looks better than AC3 and Black Ops 2 which are 16GB. So size doesn’t make a difference in Graphics. Skyrim is only 8GB with HD texture patch. It is the cutscens that MOSTLY add to the size of the game.

Cut out all the cutscenses from Black Ops 2 and it is probably 500 MB since the textures got missed during compile time of the console version for the PC. thumb.gif.

The MP maps in AC3 account for 10GB out of the 15.

Weird, mine is nearly 24GB

And yes, larger size usually means better quality textures. Look at skyrim which is about 5GB.

Nearly everything in ultra, only shadows on high on a 5770 @ 1280x1024. Runs pretty smooth, never dips below 25, very rarely dips under 30. Tesselation and ingame FXAA on, AF x2, no Vsync.

I find 30fps nice enough for the slow paced stealth gameplay.

It's stunning, and definitely one of the best pc game optimizations in the last few years IMO.

Why all developers don't polish their games like this when it comes to performance, that i'd like to know. I've seen some shameful performance from games in the past months.

As for the game itself, as a hitman fan, it's great! Definitely refreshing, probably one of the best titles so far. Offers so many possibilities it hurts. They really, really hit the nail on the head with this one.

The ammount of things the game lets you do, and the tools it offers... Hitman games always were a benchmark for stealth games and TPS in general for me, but this one really combines the gameplay depth with the eye candy, while adding some features that keep the game fresh.

AI seems pretty great too. They're very adept at spotting you in higher difficulties, take proper cover, supress and flank.

The game looks amazing! Heavy on the GPU as I have noticed as well.
