Upgrade Decision?

Hello fellow members of OCN. I recently have gotten a large sum of money and I can not decide on what to get during black friday. I can either switch over to intel and get a 3570k with a MSI Z77 GD-65 or I can get another 7950 for my eyefinity display. But keep in mind that my motherboard only supports 1 pci 2.0 x16 and 1 pcie 2.0 x4. So would a 7950 be even worth it. Also I know with xfire 7950 those will bottleneck my cpu. I will be getting both of these upgrade by the end of june 2013. So i dont might a bottleneck for a short time. There is also on more upgrade which I can get a 256gb ssd and extras for my computer like a diy eyefinity stand and backplate(s) for my video cards. I simply can not decide and need your help OCN. Thanks

7950s won't function properly in pcie x4 2.0 slots. I would go with the i5 and mobo if I were you since it seems like you're running a low-end mobo which probably sucks for oc'ing.

I would definitely go z77+i5.

If I do go with i5+mobo would the MSI Z77 GD-65 be good? I want to stick to a blue/black or black color scheme

I don't see a reason for it not be good. MSI is a good mobo manufacturer and the board has 10+2 phased vrms which are great for overclocking.
