Home Made Thermal Paste

Hello, I have always wanted to make my own thermal paste as an experiment. (not for all the time use just a one time experiment for personal interest)

I want to make the paste from scratch, like no toothpaste or petroleum jelly base I want this to be straight from scratch.

What do you guys think would be good materials for the paste, I have access to my schools chemistry lab if required

Ermm Copper / Diamonds / silver.. " Heat Transfer "
crushed to a extreme fine dust...

Then a binding solution to hold it together that is not temp sensitive.

I know this isn't what you want, but most commercial places and industrial applications use dialectic grease. Spelling may be off a bit on that.

You apply it so thin it goes nowhere...
