I don't really know how that would work, but it's possible. Just be sure to do it on an old am2 so let or something that isn't critical anymore. Lol, don't want you ruining anything. I would leave out the gallium if you use dialectic grease. I'm not sure how those would work together. Dialectic grease is real think like a silicon gel almost.
Use a small amount of grease with your dust, just enough to act as a coagulant and make sure you post results.

If I heat the gallium it could mix probably and the powders are going to be easy to get ahold of except for the diamond

Take this with a grain of salt, but you MAY be able to go to a local jeweler that does custom work and see if you can get some dust. You never know. Also, substituting the copper for graphene will be better, but probably more expensive.
