While it may be part of the compound that they use for this TIM, it is not pure Gallium. Its an alloy, which means it is mixed with other metal(s).
Again, saying it is the best TIM is opinion, not fact. I disagree, my opinion is that it may have a good thermal conductivity, but it also bonds to the surface of the heat sink and IHS, and is electrically conductive. So not only is it a PITA to remove, but it could potentially short out your CPU if too much is applied. It also requires a 48 hour cure time. Liquid metal pro also has the possibility of voiding your CPU warranty as you need to use metal polish to remove the compound, which will remove the characters printed on the IHS. All that nonsense for one degree Celsius cooler than MX-4 which is not electrically conductive, is easy to clean off, and has no cure time and has no possibility of voiding your warranty.
So while you keep saying its the best TIM ever, I have to disagree with you. While you may consider it to be the best, that does not make your opinion a fact.
Here is the source from where I got my claim of 1 degree cooler in comparison of MX-4 to liquid metal pro.

Once again, I will restate what I have already said. My statement was about pure Gallium not an alloy derived from Gallium that is used in Liquid Metal Pro.
