I would be wary of Silverstone's small PSUs. I have just RMAd two ST65F-Gs, both of them failing in the same way and both taking out the motherboard and cpu. I have ordered an AX750 to replace it which I am certain will be more reliable.

To the OP, I personally would use the M12ii if you know it fits. These PSUs are incredibly quiet. I have one in my HTPC and I have the equivalent S12ii in another PC (with 120mm fan) and they are completely inaudible (and I am a silence freak) as well as being very high quality.

I end up going for HX650 and let me tell you I have no regrets. More spacing then M12II, flat cables and just as quiet (no surprise here, there are based almost on a same platform). Basicly this PSU is made of win highly recommended. I mistrust Silverstone as well, many people said that they are somewhat noisy and this is would have being a big disadvantage for my build.
